A weekly postnatal class for the ‘fourth trimester’ mum and baby (aged 6 weeks to 5 months at the start of term). Enjoy baby massage, baby yoga, gentle postnatal movement and relaxation to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby. This is a very relaxed, baby led class where you can meet other mamas in the same stage of parenthood as you. I can’t wait to meet you there!

Classes held at The Thomas Clarkson Centre, Bury St Edmunds at 12.15pm on Thursday Mornings. £45.00 for a 6 week term.
