A weekly class (for pregnant person only) to help you enjoy your pregnancy, stay mobile, learn about your changing baby and body and prepare for your confident birth. This first step on your pregnancy and parenthood journey takes the best elements of pregnancy yoga, active birth, hypnobirthing and antenatal classes. Each term consists of 6 classes where we will enjoy movement, a weekly theme of antenatal education that supports each stage of labour and birth and ending with a blissful guided relaxation. Your 6 week term is an investment of £75.
